July 10, 2024I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 333 ECO. Despite the high rent, there are numerous issues that management consistently fails to address. Firstly, the pool area is frequently overrun by people who disregard the rules, making it an unpleasant and sometimes unsafe environment. Despite multiple complaints, management has done nothing to enforce the rules or ensure a safe and enjoyable space for residents. Additionally, the garage door is constantly broken and left stuck open, ...posing a serious security concern. This issue has been ongoing, yet there seems to be no urgency in resolving it, leaving residents feeling vulnerable. Overall, the lack of effective management and attention to critical issues has made living here a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a well-managed and secure living environment. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded
