Avoid 348 Saint Nicholas Ave at All Costs!

I recently moved out of 348 Saint Nicholas Ave, and I must warn potential renters about the numerous issues I faced during my stay. The building has a severe pest problem, with roaches infesting my kitchen, making it unbearable to cook or eat. When I reported the issue, I was told that the exterminator only visits once a month, leaving me to deal with the infestation for weeks.
To make matters worse, packages were frequently stolen from the building, and the management seemed uninterested in ...
addressing the issue. The final straw was when they failed to return my security deposit within the timeframe specified in our lease, despite me moving out two weeks ago.
The tenants are lovely, but everyone is frustrated with the building management's lack of care and concern for our needs. The building's surroundings are also a concern, with a constant presence of a man selling drugs and causing disturbances.
The police frequently visit, but seem annoyed by the constant calls, indicating a deeper issue with the building's management. My advice is to avoid this building at all costs. The stress and frustration are not worth it. Look elsewhere for a safe, clean, and well-managed living space.

I love this apartment so much! It is renovated and totally beautiful. The building doesn't have a lot of apartments, so it is a cute and cozy place to live. By having the train station 10 seconds away, I will never be late for anything(you will see the perks in the winter time). By living so close midtown, you can be anywhere in no-time. This is a total jewel!
