A nice restaurant (Ruthie's All Day) and a 7-11 store across the street, 15 minutes walk to grocery stores (Latin Market, Harris Teeter). Across the street from a park with a playground, an outdoor workout area and multiple fields. Community center across the street in life's a gym and a community theatre. Numerous workout gyms, stores, coffee shops etc. within a short walking distance. The area is very safe and mostly quiet, and the owner lives in DC and will not bother your privacy.
