It's Good Enough
August 15, 2015I've been living here for awhile, nothing is spectacular but it's good enough. Amenities are basic - no dishwasher, no air conditioning but there is a laundry on site. Biggest upside ls are that the complex is small (4 units) and the bedrooms are big. It's a pretty quiet complex and everyone is respectful. Also it is pet-friendly. Overall, an alright place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Pet friendly and human friendly
August 15, 2015This is by far the most pet friendly apartment I've live in - the landlord and the neighbors are all animal lovers as long as your pet is friendly and not disruptive. I think it helps that it is a small four-plex so you really get to know your neighbors. There is carport parking in the back and the landscaper comes every Friday. My only complaint is that the stairwell is not well maintained.Review from Apartments.com
