August 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comGreat location: walking distance to shops and near major freeways ( 10 and 405) Laundry on site. But the building is between 2 buildings- therefore poor light. The management never updates anything in the apartments unless it's for maintenance. Also the building has 13 units and only 8 parkings space. One of the tenant that own a parking space doesn't even own a car (poor management) Last, one tenant who lived hear over 20 years and doesn't work will sometimes open his broken door 30 times a ...day ( every time he hears a tenant walking by)Read More
