I have been renting at this property for almost 2 years now and it has been great! It's privately owned which is nice in comparison to renting from management companies. My apartment is clean, there are no bugs, and it is a quiet community. The only drawback I have is that the units are quite old, they haven't been remodeled or updated with the times. Also, the carpet seems to be a cheap/old indoor/outdoor carpet. However, if anything has ever needed fixing, maintenance comes the same day or ...

the next day. Overall I'm pleased with my home.
