Reeks of Weed

The apartment itself is nicely maintained and spacious, but the neighbors smoke tons of weed in the building. Mint Properties refuses to do anything about it, even though it is against the terms of the lease, and multiple tenants have complained dozens of times over the course of at least 6 months. By now, the whole building reeks almost every day of the week.
