HORRIBLE, FIRE HAZARD BUILDING
July 15, 2019The Elevator is ALWAYS out of service. They have now locked the parking lot gate from the inside ( which I am certain is a fire hazard) someone needs to report this. If a car caught fire in the parking lot.. You will for sure be burned alive. Section code ? People are roaming all times of night from either prostitution and/or going to make drug deals. Very unsafe area & building.Review from Apartments.com
This is a very bad area and building
November 14, 2017I went to this property and while viewing a unit that was on the 3rd floor, we had to take the stairs because the elevator was out of service, a tenant said that it had been non-operable for a month, the parking is not for tenants, as the manager was calling (@ 7am) the tenants who had parked their cars there to inform them to move their cars or they would be towed, at night is an even worse nightmare, like some scenes from New Jack City. awful building.Review from Apartments.com
