The appartments are out dated. I lived there for three years and not once were there any renovations and the rent goes up 15-20 dollars every year. The parking is horrible, you’ll be lucky to if you find a spot because the parking rules are not enforced. The manager has her own spot marked so she doesn’t care! People walk their dogs and leave poop right out in front of your door, it’s disgusting. Someone broke into my car, I contacted the property manager to see if there are cameras outside and ...

I lived at 3901 on the Boulevard for ONE year, no more, no less. Within the course of the year I faced numerous issues within my apartment and with management of the property directly. Upon moving in there was a leak in the bathroom, kitchen window that did not stay up on its own and windows in the living room that did not lock. Management was happy to fix this but with the amount of time it took them to prepare the unit id expect it to be done. Then throughout the course of living there I was ...

faced with numerous other problems..shower faucet flying off, clogged pipes in my kitchen sink(this was also an immediate issue upon moving in). Other tenants have little to no respect for personal privacy. The laundry facility on the premises is coin operated and not functioning properly need I say less. You can't leave your clothing in the laundry room without the chance that someone might open your washer or dryer and stop your cycle. Dealing with this and all the other noises, smells, And rude manners in this complex I also had privacy issues with the staff. Staff invaded my roommate and I's privacy on multiple occasions which was just absurd. Staff also entered our individual apartment without permission to "change lightbulbs" one dat. ALL IN ALL, I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good experience and private living!

I have been living at my apartment for only 6 months but I love it. I have not had any problems and the staff is very friendly and professional. The outside is always kept clean. Trash is picked up daily. I hope to be there for many years.
