Nice Apartment Bad Maintenance

The apartments themselves are nice and spacious and you get a lot considering that the trash, water, gas, and heat are included. However, if you have a maintenance issue expect to either fix it yourself, wait a long time, or not have it fixed at all. There is a leak in the roof in a few of my neighbors apartments across the hall and my ceiling in my apartment is starting to crack and looks as though it's going to leak at any time. The landlord refuses to fix this issue. Also, packages get stolen ...

here all the time as well. Laundry room is sometimes very dirty and the hallway on the main floor smells awful. Plus there is lots of noise being next to a busy road. I would not recommend it even with the great price.... Think before you do.

Hello, I am a former tenant who has lived at 394 Graceland Des Plaines IL for one year. The apartment has a close vicinity to the metra train and about three restaurants, so location is appealing. However, without going into much of my experience living there, I strongly do not recommend. I could not wait to leave!
