The property is kept up but to a minimum, only functionally wise. Appearance isn't their strong point, and quality isn't there either. They clean the local areas every couple months so they do get dirty.
The management is run like a mom and pop institution and la is any real structure. The people that work their are friendly and helpful as much as they can but as long as you don't ask for too much. Complaining about certain issues doesn't do much. Maintenance request are ...
actually fairly quick and they are taken care of. I was surprised they respond well to broken issues. The inhabitants are loud, dirty and disrespectful. Multiple times I have had items stolen, people parking in my carport and leaving trash everywhere. Nobody cleans up after themselves. If you don't mind a dirty community area, loud neighbors, and cheap rent, this place is decent. The price is really good for the amount of space and bedrooms. The interior has low quality fixtures but they are functional. I never had an issue with shower, water or any items not working which made it livable.
The issue was the people that lived there. It could be a nice spot but upkeep is minimal.
And has a huge pigeon problem. Expect no guest parking either on Friday or Saturday. No amenities at all either.
