My mother in law lives here and they have roaches, the landlord is a cheap guy who wont pay a pro to come get rid of the bugs.

I would not rent from this apt at all.. the landlord threatens u. Especially if ur trying to get help to pay rent by the state. He dont care wht ur trying to do i get paid once a month sometimes 2 times and i told him i pay him on the 15th he said ok well hes giving me nothing hut 5 day notices evr since and has threatened to kick me out after i have already paid him
