Each apartment in this complex has a functional wood-burning fireplace in the living room that adds appeal and coziness to the space. The kitchens are equipped with a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The spacious living room and bedrooms have carpeted flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom have vinyl flooring. The buildings are secured, and upper-level units have attached balcony decks. Ground floor units do not have balconies. Laundry is available on-site with coin-operated machines. Tenants receive 1 parking permit with their lease. An Ames Fitness gym membership is included.
