Amazing location and neighbors

This place has been my home for many years and is a great place to live. We’re right down the street from the beach and live next to a bunch of amenities, such as a convenience store, a donut shop, nail salon, Mexican restaurant, and a bar. The neighbors are all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of stuff to do and there is plenty of street parking! Great place to live

The neighbors in the complex party day and night and do not know when to stop. They get drunk and party into the morning hours. As a neighbor that has lived next door for over 15 years, I can attest this is not a good place to live unless partying is your thing. The tenants take up a lot of street parking as well. There are multiple cars per unit as well as work vehicles that occupy a lot of parking space. Parking here is bad.
