Notice how all the five star reviews were inputted around when the building opened? This place boasts plenty of amenities, but the air conditioning breaks weekly, and the management always blames the residents for keeping it too cold or "not turning it off during the day." Rather, the building was built incredibly cheaply, and the system wasn't meant to support that many units. The walls are thin, so you can hear whispering in the kitchen from the furthest bedroom. respond to maintenance requests or issues, and often only do so once you bring up moving out or contacting lawyers. They lie about everything, including street parking being readily available outside. I spent 30+ minutes looking for parking some nights, and spent months on a waiting list for one of the 11 parking spots available to residents of this 40-unit building. Not to mention many of the spots are tandem, so you'll share with someone you don't know and have no way to contact to move their car besides a phone number (if they choose to share it). This place is full of the biggest liars, gaslighters, and penny pinchers in town, and definitely not worth your time. Find somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.
