Studio- sun-filled apt with tons of closets place
September 23, 2015I just move to the studio of this building. The lobby is kept simple with green carpets. Not elegant but a passage to get to my apt. The apt is renovated- sun filled with light. Even though , it is renovated, the floor of the kitchen is popping out at times. I found 5 coachroaches even though my apt is clean. It must be becoming out from the pre old walls of the building. For a short time, it is fine, if I get married, I will love to have a bigger apt.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place I've lived in
September 21, 2015Horrible bug issues that never get resolved because manager doesn't have pest control treat all apartments and only has it done when asked. There are bedbugs, roaches, silkworms, and even crickets!!! Mold exists all over bathroom roof because there is no ventilation. Manager is no help at all in getting things fixed, since it's been months with only one dryer working in the laundry facility. There was one time on new years, that our sink started to over flood and since we were worried it would ...overflow and begin to drip on the flow, we hurried to inform manager. She opened the door on us to tell us, she can't even listen to us because it's a holiday and she wasn't dealing with anything!! For paying rent on time every month, I've never felt so mistreated. Horrible place to live in and looking to move!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible rip off
September 21, 2015Horrible apartment building! Out of the three washers and four dryers, only one dryer works and one washer is constantly leaking. Manager is horrible in having maintenance fix anything. Was told they re-carpeted and repainted everything before moving in, yet carpet is full of bugs ;bedbugs, silkworms, and roaches and unfortunately the carpet is brown, so you cant even spot them from far. Seeing bedbugs crawling from the crown molding towards the elevated roof, I went to look over the molding to ...discover that all around the crown molding (which is around the complete studio) is completely opened on top. It's a like thin wall with no roof all around the studio, which completely explains where the bugs are coming from. Other than the bug problems, the only elevator in the building is super out of date and constantly breaking down. Makes me feel bad for the several old people in the building that rely on it. Also parking isn't free and its impossible to find street parking. There is mold all over the roof of the bathroom because there is no ventilation :( We are looking forward to moving ASAP!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
