Cockroaches, various bugs, water heating broken, mgmt difficult
January 12, 2018I stayed at 4290 Payne Ave. for a year and in that time we had a few weeks of cockroach infestation where I slept in my car. This was the most disgusting and uncomfortable living actuation I’ve ever been through. Management never responded to me. They only responded to my housemate who signed all the documentation. This was frustrating. They ended up giving a small discount on rent which was somewhat thoughtful (for the bugs). The water heater broke for two weeks. I had to take showers at work ...during thiis time. I had to go to the store and get a roll of quarters every time I wanted to do laundry because the machines charged so much and only took quarters. Management in general was not easy to get along with and there were so many bugs.
