I moved from out of state and the virtual tour with Dinah was amazing, she walked through all the amenities and the actual unit I'd be moving into. She was also a great source of info when it came to calls and questions about leasing. Move-in day went smoothly and the minor maintenance issues were fixed within the day! Good location, good community, decent condition, great staff, decent rent for the area. Hopefully there will be nice events/partnerships with businesses in the area. I heard about a fun pool party right before I moved in and hope to see more of that stuff.
