January 27, 2023There is trash all over the place, management will not deal with issues, and it’s basically a free for all here. Everybody does whatever they want. The apartments are nice but aren’t worth dealing with this company, such a shame.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
January 17, 2023I have lived in this apt building for over a year. I personally love my apt but there is no management, you complaints go unanswered, and it takes weeks to get any maintenance to get done in your apt. My toilet broke for 1 week and it took 2 weeks for someone to fix it and my refrigerator broke and it took 3 weeks! for them to do anything. DO NOT MOVE HEREReview from Apartments.com
nice property, bad business.
April 27, 2020Goofball made me feel comfortable about waiting over the weekend to get him the down payment on the deposit then sold the place from under my feet on Saturday without a text or call. Do I have some blame in this? absolutely. But all in all, bad business integrity. Anything for a buck I suppose. The apartment looked very nice; credit given where credit due. but in the end, it's probably a blessing that I don't have to deal with this guy.Property Manager Responded
