I enjoy living in Talmadge. Talmadge is a historic urban yet quiet neighborhood with diverse residents, winding streets and beautiful homes. It's easily accessible by major highways yet still peaceful.
RA Snyder, the apartment management, is prompt, courteous, and respectful. The grounds are well lit & manicured. They respond to maintenance issues within 48 hours & have a convenient website to pay rent & request service. I've also received great assistance from Karl at their office.

apartment has a wood burning fireplace, attached garage, A/C unit & a patio in my bedroom. It's cozy with some character. The neighbors are friendly, quiet & keep to themselves. They have the most adorable dogs!
The laundry facility leaves much to be desired but it definitely beats going to the local laundry mat. The affordable rent makes up for this one inconvenience.
I'm fond of this place & it's people. I think you'll enjoy it as well.
