questioning why I did not inform her of my work schedule despite the delays being on their end. I had to miss work to deal with this. Another major issue is my front door. There is a large gap/hole in it, and even when closed, I can see outside. This should have been fixed before move-in but still hasn’t been resolved. I also requested that my door code be changed and was told it would be handled within 1 to 3 business days. It has now been over a week with no action. Someone was supposed to come on Monday, but no one showed up and I was not informed. I had to follow up myself. Additionally, the overall condition of the building is very poor. There are holes in the walls, peeling paint, and it is not well maintained. I was told during my viewing it would be painted the week I moved in, but nothing has been done. Overall, management has been unresponsive, disorganized, and unprofessional. Requests are not taken seriously and communication is poor. I would strongly recommend avoiding this building.
