We have lived here for over a year now and although the area is great the building complex itself is not. The residents seem to be an mix of a few very nice older tenants and several inconsiderate ones a few of which might have substance abuse issues. Cigarette and cannabis smoke is common place as is loud music and yelling.

A total disappointment this place

I've been living in this apartment complex for two years. This is really a place that needs improvement. The management company makes the lives of us so hard. Unfortunately, they are not reasonable. It's a pity since the location is great but the management has failed us so many times; electric fires, no maintenance, not cleaned communal spaces, laundry machines out of order most of the time etc. I hope they read those reviews and up their game..
