I've been living in this apt. For like almost 8 years with my family. The landlord doesn't ever really like to fix things and when he does it is very cheap material that later breaks. He never really paints the apts. Only when someone moves out. There's bugs like cockaroaches. An exterminator comes in every month but still really do much at all. Becuz there's still there. I'm always cleaning all the time and now have a towel under the entrance door of my apt. So nothing goes in. So far by doing ...
that I haven't really seen alot of them as I did before. The only good thing about this apt. Is the location. It's really close to stores and libraries and schools that can be walking distance. Can't wait to move out from here.
