The location of this building is in a lovely area of Manhattan. Central Park is across the street from the building. Twenty-four security for the building. We have the luxury of having two laundry room in the building. It is a twin building with A side and B side, and four elevators. The luxury of shopping for food, clothing, banking and transportation all right at your tips.

I moved in here thinking I was getting a lot for my money, slowly I realized I was getting a lot of roaches and repairs that still haven't been fixed after a full year. That being said, the building doormen are for the most part great guys, and very personable. I always feel secure in the building, as well as the area when I'm out and about in the neighborhood. The apartment complex is on the same block as the local subway stop, (making getting to work in mid-town a 10 minute commute). I am ...
also located two avenue's over from the local and express train station. (Busses are also available by the stations). Washer and dryer in most units, and if you don't have one, the building has two laundry rooms available on the ground floor. Over all it's a good space if you don't mind things broken for the duration of your lease, and little roach friends.
