April 15, 2022Made a reservation for a viewing with the owner Frank and then I drive out there from another state and he was a no show and non responsive day of… extremely disappointing and felt like this only showed how the response would be being a tenant there as well. While walking around the neighborhood I saw someone’s car had been broken into.. based on these pictures the apartment has gotten a new layer of paint on it and looks more modern but would not be wanting to rent here based on the lack of ...dependency.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Disappointed Mother and Daughter
July 24, 2015We live in this apartment - my mother and I and we love it because it has great view, the two bedrooms are airy, hardwood floors, cute kitchen, new range and new dishwasher. We liked this apartment especially because my mother who is 78 years old does the laundry. And the laundry when we moved in, is just across our entrance. Unfortunately, sad to say, after 3 months, the washing machine breaks down and we were promised that it will be fixed week after week, month after month that it will be ...replaced because the machine is as old as my mother. To date, she has to go down to the 3rd floor to wash, and she fell down 3x already and -yet management has repeatedly ignored our requests. Our lease expires end of November 2015, and we are looking for a new place where my 78 year mother can just walk to her job. She works at the Pavilions on Santa Monica Boulevard and rent is so expensive. We have started looking so by November, we can find something where there are no stairs. Hoping to win.
