Great place but horrible company
March 27, 2019I would be the first to say, they have beautiful apartments but the stuff you have to go through is outrageous. You have deal with plumbing and electric issues because their buildings are old and they need interior repairs. One time our lights went out because of an electric issue and we had to wait a whole day before someone could out and fix the issue and then another day for the part they need to come. They're customer service is completely lacking, this company can care less when you call ...about a repair or any other concerns as long as you pay your rent. They also have had many burglaries in hyde park but this company care less about security because they're front doors needs repairing and I had a neighbor who apartment got broken into, they only cared about the damages to the apartment and asked her to have her renter insurance fix it.
