Rat Infested

This apartment complex is infested with rats. Management does not adequately address the issue and does not hire professional pest control for a building-wide infestation of rat nests. Rats the size of domestic cats will stalk your kitchen and chew through the plastic boxes in which you try to protect your food. Buildings are musty. The parking lot floods with mud. Nothing is done. Do not move here unless you have absolutely no other choice.

The parking here is awful, you can’t have spectrum internet here, the garbage is far away. The washer and dryer connections don’t work. The management/ owners will give you less then 24 hours notice on coming into apartment, and than send texts saying they’ll charge you $200 if you don’t let them in. Some of the texts “Jane” will send are so unprofessional. Just issue after issue, couldn’t wait to get out of there. The entire complex is roach infested as well, it’s impossible to get rid of them.
