October 6, 2021I lived in these apartments for 2 years and had a terrible experience alongside the other 20 apartments residents. MyNiche apartments is extremely rude and careless if maintaining the property and respect for residents. East Blvd is EXTREMELY loud right by the apartments throughout the entire night and the building is made so cheaply, you can hear every word. Any complaint / request to MyNiche fell on deaf ears as we had sewage issues the entire two years.
