Pot smoking neighbors, neglected building and utilities, flooded laundry area, loud yelling/ fighting going on at all hours. Find a different place. Seriously

As of June 2021, the building and grounds continue to degrade due to neglect by the management. The back parking lot looks like the Amazon rain forest, the building doors arent fitted properly so they're always left open, the main corridor lights are either burnt out or flickering, there's a very large hole that was cut in the sheetrock in the corridor that has never been patched, there's always a puddle of water in the laundry area, just to name a few things. But thats not the worst part! That ...
honor goes to the residents in this place. They're always loud, they let their kids run in and out of the building all day, these kids leave their bikes, scooters, and other toys lying ALL OVER the front lawn, and not a day goes by that I dont smell pot. Don't be drawn in by the cheap rent. It's not worth it.

You can't get ahold of the property manager, she only will answer you through E-MAIL If your lucky The place is a mess, bad maintenance washers flood floor "if they work", they haven't fixed any machines for 3 years I lived there. We got robbed in the parking lot of this unit. Bad place to live. Alot of drug use which brings shaddy people in building. This is suppose to be a secured building and the doors are off the hinges, management won't fix them. Maintenance guy is a hot-head and seems to be ...
clueless on how to fix things. I would be careful with your choice.
