Because, I wanted my son to grow up in a place he would call home... It was well worth the stay. The location is directly behind a grade school academy. And around the corner & walking distance from Starbucks and other small stores. And only 1.5 miles from a Large popular shopping Mall - "Mayfield Mall" The best feature of my location is: I'm right off 280freeway. In a central location. I can hop on the freeway N- to SF popular sites and Golden gate Bridge. OR -S to Los Gatos or Santa Cruz Ca. Or -E-Downtown San Jose State or Raging Waters. Or -E to Gilroy Gardens I actually have it made. It's a short hop onto the freeway to my job. Which is important. I Like living in a 4PLEX.? Now that my son is an adult. I am actually never alone. I have my neighbors upstairs and next door. It's comforting that there is usually someone always home. So I never actually feel alone. For a single person. That can be comforting. ?.....What I like most about my 4PLEX. Is I can Drive right up to my front door and Empty my groceries. I do have a private covered space in our carport. Which includes a lot of storage. Also in our shared washroom. We each have our own closet. Which I love. All my detergent, Garden supplies, ice chest, etc can stay outside. My apartment is really nice. I have all wooden floors throughout. I feel it gives it a Classy look. You enter into a Large living room. Followed by a connected space hallway with 1 coat closet and 2 linen closets. With a bathroom in between with full shower and bath. There are 2 bedrooms. Each has wooden floors. And sliding mirror closets. One has a large window. And the other has 2 windows. That's my room. I like it because I get the morning son. And I keep my side window open so I can hear the birds when I wake up. It reminds me of growing up in the country :) The kitchen also has a large window with more greenery. I always have the window open so I can feel the breeze.....
