The location is perfect—close to transportation and shops! And it's so warm in the winter. The building maintenance guy is so helpful. This is a great Hyde Park apartment.

Good Deal, Great Location

$715 for a large studio apartment in Hyde Park is definitely a good deal. The apartment is also very well-lit, has a porch, and access to a shared yard. The location is also great: a thirty-second walk to the grocery store, two minutes to a pharmacy, fifteen minutes to campus. It is also close to several bus stops that take you around Hyde Park and to downtown Chicago.
