Walks of all different cultures and ways of life reside on Charles and Kent Ave. From the frogtown citizens to the Saint Paul natives who know only university ave and a little beyond. Not too quiet and not too loud, this neighborhood is ideal for those who are just starting to live on their own like myself. My apartment in specific is a nice one bedroom without a/c at the moment. Although a good old breeze from an open window works just as fine. A fine place to call home; this apartment I chose ...
