If you're looking for an absentee management team who only contacts you when you're looking forwhen you're looking for money, Or walking outside with your laundry in the middle of Winter because the elevator is broken for 31/2 months- THIS Is the place for you! But, the amenities aren't limited to just Wintertime!
TRY Turning on an air conditioner in your living Room and bedroom at the same time & you'll get quite the workout as you go all the way down the basement to flip on the 2 ...
circuit breakers for your entire apartment cause you can't turn them both on at once! Don't expect to do any mail order shopping while you hear either cause there's one passcode to get in the door and once you give it out it's given out so your package don't really last too long as they're left in the lobby And management refuses to put in a camera!

60 Prospect ave is the worse building in all of prospect ave in New Jersey filthy rats roaches the size of mice mail and packages get stolen management goes in your apt without your permission basement is not safe doors are left open and all kinds of people go in stairwells and night don’t be surprised finding pot smokers peeling paint in bathtub unsanitary washing machines all broken and laundry room if you want to call it that has rats floor has holes boiler room door open many times. ...
Complaints are not welcomed or taken care of. When you move out they scare you from your security deposit liars which is why I have to take them to court if you decide to move into this inferno go check the building at night and go to the basement open a P.O. Box because your packages are likely to be stolen and when you move in take pictures but please try to look to move somewhere else and your car will not be safe in that parking lot. Shame on you Nigito management
