Its not worth the money or your peace
July 10, 2024My friends family moved here and I was visiting them over holidays. It was posted online as refurbished- But the appliances, lights, fans were broken/did not work and were old and not replaced. NO INTERNET!!! for almost 2-3 weeks!!! They also have multiple hidden charges on top of the rent that they ask for. And for such a badly maintained and ignored apartment area the rent is steep. You are better off living in any other place in Johnston, IA or move to Grimes, Urbandale or Clive for that ...matter.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not move here
June 11, 2024Would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon signing my first lease I was told I was unable to move into that unit 5 days before my scheduled move in date. Since I had no where else to go on such short notice I was forced to sign another lease for a smaller, unrenovated unit for $100 more a month. I have lived here for 5 months and have not had internet access the entire time I have been here. I’ve been told every other week that they will be out to get it set up and still no one has come. I ...have had to get 2 new appliances in the short time I have been here because they both stopped working. The other residents are extremely inconsiderate, letting their children run around unattended, shotting BB guns and spray painting the sidewalks. The girls in the office put on a nice face but in the end they are extremely unhelpful and act like there is nothing they can do about any of my concerns.
