Large 1 bedroom apartment in a convenient Brentwood location
July 20, 2015I love my apartment, it has beautiful hardwood floors, a large patio the the secure building is close walking distance to many eateries and shops. The complex has nice palm trees and a large sundeck and sparkling pool which people actually use and socialize with each other. The building is secure and the way it's built keeps the noise from the busy street from getting in. It's surprisingly very quiet and peaceful.Review from Apartments.com
No lifeguard on duty but this complex has a pool and deck you'll want to lounge for days on and just chill!
July 20, 2015Smack dab in the middle of Brentwood, just blocks south to San Vicente shops (think Pinkberry, Whole Foods, Katsuya, Sugarfish and tons of Italian restaurants) and blocks north to Barrington Park (jungle gym, basketball gym, tennis courts and baseball/softball diamond) and Brentwood Village restaurants (more Italian restaurants, Lemonade and Starbucks). Our medium size complex is well kept and has a great on-site manager. The tenants are very diverse, as we have college age kids, professionals ...and even a few babies and older retirees.
