Once great, now in decline

I've lived in this apartment building for some time and was saddened by the recent passing of the property manager, who truly cared about maintaining the property. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the upkeep since then. Trash bags are often left by the bins and get ripped open by animals, creating a health risk. The trees around the property are also growing over power lines, which is concerning. There was also no introduction from the new property manager, and emails have been left ...
without replies. It would be great to see management address these issues soon.
