If you want the charm of being in New York neighborhood without the price of a New York Neighborhood look no further. The building owners are pretty quick to respond and since moving here I've gotten to work on my Spanish skills. The neighborhood is friendly and I've never felt like I was unsafe when coming home late at night. Only a few blocks to the metro, and even less to Riverside state park where there are tons of cheap classes and activities to take advantage of! Fariway is right down the ...
