Worst Ever
April 29, 2022Worst apt. I ever lived in! Run! this the worst apartment I’ve lived in in my entire life! It is deceivingly peaceful when you look at it but say goodbye to peace and quiet once you sign your lease. This is an antique apartment made to look okayish by superficial enhancements like paint blinds etc. Bit the walks are not insulated they are paper thin and floors are wood including upstairs. You will hear everything from tv, phone conversation, urinating, snore. What’s worst is the ghetto neighbors ...who insists on blasting the music all day and night. The manager on site is an inexperienced passive useless manager. The property management does not do anything to addresss problems ascwell. Non stop hammering or construction for days from am to pm. 1 month deposit, last month rent and the move in month’s rent. I beieve it was built in the 1950’s so no wall insulations at all. Lots of better options around.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good Apartment
July 27, 2015Out of the 5 stars my rate is more 3 1/2 stars... I'd give the apartment a higher rating if property management was easier to get in contact with. Thankfully the onsite management is great with communicating, but I have never once received a call back from property management on questions they could only answer and I've tried to contact them several times, so now I don't even bother. The apartments are cute, more on the quiet side except the neighboring buildings are very loud. The laundry on ...site, pool, pet friendly building, and parking spot make this building a plus, but sadly the property management added fees, weird "dorm like checks", and lack of communicating with tenants give off a feeling that they could care less about the tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
