I lived in Apt. 2 of 623 E. Broadway 90802 from the end of June 2014 until March 3, 2016. It was a work in progress with many problems to begin with. I'm moving back to Long Beach in February 2018 and would be delighted to rent an apartment there starting March 1, 2018.
