Don’t rent here. They are the worst building that I ever lived. Incredibly rude and I had no heat for an entire year it was so bad. They won’t fix anything.

This has got to be the worst apartment management in the entire city of New York. They do not respond to complaints about things needing to be fixed, they cut off water and elevator services with no warning. The laundry rooms and gym are not cleaned and will regularly have rats. They will not refund your security deposit even though you left it in a good condition and they try to weasel their way around lease requirements. Do not make the mistake of living in their buildings on 63rd or 64th ...
