Cozy and affordable.

My apartment is just like the title says, cozy and affordable, but also very comfortable for my current needs. The building is very well maintained and quiet and the people living around me (that I've met) are very outgoing and kind.
As far as drawbacks go, the only two that really get me is that laundry is in the next door building (a lot of key shuffling to get to and from) and parking can be difficult later in the evening. However depending on your schedule you can catch on to that really ...

ALSO, it gets very warm during the summer months. I went a few weeks too long without an A/C unit and it was a trial, but the second I got it, it works perfectly with the given space.
If you're looking for something basic that is well maintained, this is a great spot that you won't spend much time in anyways considering how great the location around you is!
