September 7, 2019 - Review from Apartments.compros- nice size kitchen with enough storage; proximity to Wilshire, buses, coffee shops and museums. cons- the building is a former warehouse or the like, so expect very (and I mean, very) poor sound proof. You will hear your neighbors walking, moving chairs and making love. Not saying anything about loud music, and their partying, enjoy it till AM hours. Pretty dirty around the building, if you care about this stuff. South side faces the grocery store parking lot- no sleeping in, lol. Delivery ...trucks, etc.... Otherwise, pet friendly, nice people too.Read More
