Very bad management

Meridian Realty Group manage that building. They do not really manage anything, there is rat colony in building because they don’t pay recycling company enough to remove garbages, garbages stays in trash can for days, they don’t clean building at all, only clean it if they gonna show to new renters around. They do not fix anything in building units, if you have problem in your unit , if you call them for plumbing, heating problem or anything else they don’t fix it. It used to be good management ...

like 5 years ago but for last couple of years just awful. I think new owner bought that company or just started to not care anything in building. If you wanna live under human condition with rats and garbages bad smell, go hear rent it. God bless
