New owners aren't nearly as good as previous property manager and owners. The building went from well maintained to them barely upkeeping the hallways. Bugs filled webs in the hallways for months. Oh and we didn't receive mail for almost 4 months and haven't had doorbells for about 8 months now. The front doors glass is hanging out as if no one cares.
