We renewed our initial lease so that speaks for the fact that we love it here. The management staff, consierge staff, maintenance staff, are efficient, friendly and happy people. They enjoy working here, making this environment enjoyable for the tenants.

We recently renewed our lease at 7 Riverway. The act speaks for itself. The expectations that we had on first moving in, have been exceeded. The most impressive features have been the staff that runs this place, their competence, and their attitude. Of the various groups, management, leasing, consierge, maintenance, valet, all have been excellent. We intend to be long term tenants.

As a tenant I appreciate and congratulate the management on their continued task of maintaining the appearance and function of the building. I refer to washing windows, washing the garage floors, the pool, the daily cleaning of the exercise room, the landscaping, improving the elevators and so on. It is a quantum leap above our prior apartment rental. Highly recommend this place.

I love the staff! Bella is precious and I really have enjoyed meeting Susan and Jeana!! The valet gentleman is lovely. Just signed our lease, and will enjoy getting to know the other staff and residents. They have been very helpful when we needed assistance.

7 Riverway - So far so good! Management is fantastic, the valet is 24/7, big green space for dogs. Amazingly quiet building is the big surprise.
