January 22, 2026The staff are very nice and responsive. My biggest complaint is the additional fees, which were not fully disclosed in our original meeting to lease the space. I find the additional fees annoying.Review from Apartments.com

October 30, 2025The current staff, at all times of day, are rarely interested in helping residents navigate difficult days or difficulties, and packages. That's why they don’t follow through with instructions. I have never lived in a situation where it is business. A 71-year-old is terrified that I have to walk 22 stories down to make it to the airplane in the morning. This is just totally unacceptable. They are off without notice, and one of them is usually an elevator that should have been used for a ...maintenance order allocated for moving people in and out of the building, which shuts down the service. The two elevators are currently out of service, and one of them is not functioning correctly.Property Manager Responded

The most impressive features have been the staff that runs this place, their competence, and their attitude. June 14, 2024As a tenant I appreciate and congratulate the management on their continued task of maintaining the appearance and function of the building. I refer to washing windows, washing the garage floors, the pool, the daily cleaning of the exercise room, the landscaping, improving the elevators and so on.
