Great place to live with excellent
September 28, 2025I lived at 70 King Apartment for 2.5 years and had a wonderful experience. The building managers here have always been excellent. David, the former manager, always handled any issues quickly and efficiently. The current manager, Marie, is also very professional and organized — even my move-out process was well-prepared and smoothly managed. The location is fantastic: close to Costco, No Frills, many restaurants, pharmacies, and a walk-in clinic. Schools, daycares, and parks are within walking ...distance. There are also several bus routes nearby, including one that runs overnight, plus a GO bus stop just around the corner. If I didn’t have to relocate for work (too far for daily commuting), I would have happily stayed here much longer. Highly recommended!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
