Great location, but...

Great location, gated entrance. Great front court yard where the neighbors can meet. I live nearby and was waiting for an opening, but I have changed my mind. The building has mold issues. Cockroaches year round and lots of flies in summer. One neighbor has a dangerous bull-terrier dog that is known to have attacked other dogs. The other neighbor has a real wood fire pit on their balcony. I think I'll remain where I live now.

Overall the apartments are affordable and I feel safe in my apartment. The neighbors are very friendly and we all get along. The negatives are hardly any parking that's mainly a long beach thing and you will at some point meet the neighbors cause there is only one washer and one dryer. For the most part haven't had issues with bugs but during the summer Flys galore. The positive part about working with the management group is everytime I call with an issue they quickly resolve the problem.
