having our two dogs -awesome! However, nothing is perfect, so here's the bad: we were psyched because our apartment came with a washer/dryer in the closet. However, the machine never worked, and after asking for it to be fixed a few times we just gave up. Similarly, before we moved in they promised us shelving in the main closet (storage space is at a minimum with four people in once apartment) but they've never followed through despite multiple requests. There's also been an ongoing issue with one tenant's addict son causing disturbances. However, I do believe management has been doing all they can to resolve the problem, but it's still a nuisance. Overall, it's a lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood (close to fort tryon and other parks) and management is decent enough.
