A TENANT UNFRIENDLY BUILDING

Elevator constantly breaking down, floors filthy, vermin and roach infested. As of today, the elevator has been out of service for SIX DAYS.....owner in no hurry to fix it. Since Christmas the elevator has been out on 21 different occasions.

i live on the upper west side Nyc Riverside drive. great neighbors beautiful scenery when I'm out jogging or strolling. I'm married have two children so the convenience of having so many parks for our kids to play is great also the bike path and walking trail are awesome . All the new restaurant and stores are most welcoming to a self conscious health family as ourselves .Our apartment is a two bedroom very spacious very modern.our apartment is very private quiet neighbors,and close to all ...

Much like these same Wildings (with many, many key differences), my roommates and I decided to rescind our fealty to Westeros and go North in search of available land. We found it. 736 Riverside, like many of the old pre-war buildings along Riverside Drive, is a testament to the possibilities opened up by looking further away from some of the more competitive ...

downtown Manhattan/Brooklyn neighborhoods. Our apartment is absolutely massive, hardwood floors, dishwasher, big beautiful windows overlooking the Hudson, in-unit washer/dryer, elevator building, decent sized bedrooms, and so on. The one downside is that the management is at best incompetent and at worst blatantly uninterested in helping solve issues when they arise. For the most part, our apartment has been totally fine in terms of needed repairs, but we have been waiting for over a month to have our washer/dryer fixed. Then again, Valor Morghulis! Totally worth it for the space and lively neighborhood.
