Renters Reviews and Ratings
UGH! STAY AWAY!!!
March 18, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comStopped by and nobody was around to show me the property. Someone let me in and I looked around. There was trash everywhere, the stairs are in horrible condition, and some random guy was wondering around. But the best part was the homeless guy sleeping by the cars, with 2 shopping carts there. There's also a homeless tent city forming outside, chains on doors (seriously!?), and tons of furniture out in front (including couches & mattresses, all with homeless people sleeping on them!). Why go ..."renovated" when you can go BRAND NEW for the same price or even lower? This place is very sketchy. Please do your research, and LOOK AROUND, before renting here. This is clearly just an old building with a few makeovers here & there. The Ktown market is hot, so just walk a few blocks over and you'll get better quality.Read More
